Club Events

Regular Club meetings are on the second Tuesday of each month. They are lunchtime meetings beginning at 12:30 for 1:00pm and are held at the prestigious Enfield Town Club, which is based on Old Park Avenue, Enfield, Middlesex EN2 6PR. Limited car parking is available on a first-come, first served basis. The modest cost includes a two or three course meal together with wine or a soft drink.

The Club’s lunchtime meetings return from their summer break, with Albert Wright as our guest speaker.

Albert will be talking about "Value Based Pricing" - The New Debate.

Businesses have traditionally based their pricing on a wide range of business models including day rates, cost plus, what the market will bear, skimming, loss leaders, least loss, bundling, stage pricing and never knowingly undersold.

Value Based Pricing is a new variation of an old idea and involves spending more time getting to know each individual major customer and then pricing accordingly, leaving both the buyer and seller happy with the price being charged.

Albert will look briefly at the traditional models and then explain in more detail the thinking behind Value Based Pricing and how it has worked for him and others.

It is hoped the discussion will be highly interactive.
